I don't usually post recipes on here since it's supposed to be about Mr. Mister, but I have to share this one. It's Tacos Carne Asada (steak tacos). I just made it tonight and it was absolutely delicious. The mojo sauce is where all the flavor is. I didn't have time to make the pico de gallo with it, but I'm sure that makes it even more delicious. If you like Mexican food and want an authentic tasting taco, you have to try this.
And if you want to make a complete and amazing Mexican meal, try this guacamole, too. The recipe is called "Perfect Guacamole" and it lives up to its name.
Making the tacos and the guac would be a lot of chopping all at once, but it would be well worth it!
