Curious Marcos

Mr. Mister is becoming increasingly curious and wants to explore everything (which means putting everything in his mouth). His new thing is to make this cute little noise when he spots something he wants to go see. I carry him over to it and he reaches out and attempts to put it in his mouth. We could spend all day just walking around the house exploring, as he leads the way with his noises. Some of his favorite things to see are his football, the bright numbers of digital clocks and of the thermostat on the space heater in his room, any kind of light, the mirror, the key rack, the lamp, the wall, and my feet. It's pretty entertaining to watch him try to put the wall in his mouth. I think it's really cute that he has to learn that that won't work. I can't imagine how he'll react when he learns to crawl and can go explore on his own. With that in mind, babyproofing the house is on our list of things to do very soon!
